We were offered a great deal by (Brand “X”) so thought we would give it a try, big mistake the glue ran like 5/50 motor oil and removed the backing from the turf we use on fields.We won't be buying anywhere else but from you in the future.

Recently we performed a direct-glue down application of a synthetic putting surface on an existing concrete slab. We always use Turfbond adhesive on these types of projects because of it’s proven strength and longevity on synthetic turf. Unfortunately, our crew ran out of Turfbond nearing the end of the project so we went to a local carpet supply store and purchased weatherproof carpet adhesive. We believe that because of the high temperature of the concrete slab here in South Florida, as well as the inferior product, the synthetic turf where we did not use TurfBond wrinkled, bubbled and we thought the synthetic putting surface was ruined. Although we were able to salvage the putting surface, this mishap cost us additional labor & days on the job to remove the wrinkled turf and reinstall it. Meridy at Turfbond processed our order quickly and we received new buckets of TurfBond adhesive the next business day. The moral of the story is….. never run out of Turfbond and substitute with an inferior product!Thanks again for your help and service!
